Newport Advisors provides consulting and advisory services to privately owned businesses with revenues ranging from $10 to $100 million.

We focus our efforts to increase the enterprise value of the business, improving valuations today for a transaction that may occur tomorrow. 

Our efforts fix business problems, grow revenue and EBITDA, add strategy and direction, provide structure for continued performance, and offer the owner seasoned opinions. 

Having bought and sold many businesses, we view the business as a potential buyer would.  We will quarterback the transaction and guide the sell side due diligence.
